PSCBC Resolution 1 of 2018 signed:   Agreement on the salary adjustments and improvements on conditions of service in the public service for the period 2018/2019; 2019/2020 and 2020/2021

As indicated in the most recent SMS sent to members, the majority of unions signed PSCBC Resolution 1 of 2018.  The salary increases for the next three years are as follows:

Note:  the agreement is based on public servants’ salary scales.

1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019

Salary levels 1 to 7 = 7% increase

Salary levels 8 to 10 = 6,5% increase

Salary levels 11 to 12 = 6% increase

 

1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020

Salary levels 1 to 7 = projected consumer price index (CPI) + 1%

Salary levels 8 to 10 = projected consumer price index (CPI) + 0,5%

Salary levels 11 to 12 = projected consumer price index (CPI)

 

1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021

Salary levels 1 to 7 = projected consumer price index (CPI) + 1%

Salary levels 8 to 10 = projected consumer price index (CPI) + 0,5%

Salary levels 11 to 12 = projected consumer price index (CPI)
